1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EntryGenius ("Service"), operated by Trevia OÜ (Registry No. 17298535), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EntryGenius provides AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis, trading signals, wallet tracking, and automated copy-trading tools. The Service is available via web dashboard, mobile application, and Telegram bot.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Billing Information Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for providing accurate billing information. EntryGenius is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete billing details provided by you.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and instant digital service delivery, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed and the subscription is activated.

5. Copy-Trading Disclaimer

HIGH RISK WARNING: Copy-trading and cryptocurrency trading involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

By using our copy-trading features, you acknowledge that:

  • You are trading at your own risk
  • EntryGenius does not provide financial advice
  • We are not responsible for any trading losses
  • You should only invest what you can afford to lose

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated bots to access the Service (except our official tools)
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Trevia OÜ and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYGENIUS AND TREVIA OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses due to service downtime or technical issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
